The Lofts III is a medium density mixed-use development in the heart of Inner West Sydney located at 218 Parramatta Rd, Homebush NSW. The development features 103 architecturally inspired apartments (mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units), 3 retail spaces and 2 levels of basement car parking across 3 buildings.

Lofts III is the third and final development of “The Lofts” project series, spanning in succession along Parramatta Rd. We considered the essence of local culture and community whilst conceptualising the design of this development. Marrying functional design and modern architectural finishes, the use of materials is carefully selected to ensure modest maintenance costs and maximise the longevity of the project, creating value for our end user.

We understand the importance of family culture within the local area and crafted the development to cater for the resident community, including open planned kitchens and dining areas, rooftop entertainment, landscaped gardens and kids play areas. The importance of family culture also determined the locality of this development, within walking distance to schools, public transport and the Sydney Markets.
